Please read the terms and conditions before you order (by placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions):

1. All orders contain a bookmark and a signed bookplate. They can't be personalized.

2. Orders will ship once all items in an order are available. If you want an item in an order to ship before a pre-order is available, place two separate orders.

3. Please allow 14-21 days after shipment to receive your order if it's within the United States and 30 days worldwide.

4. Transactions are final. No refunds or returns are allowed after shipping.

5. Shipping charges are non-refundable once a parcel ships, including on undeliverable parcels. In case of a re-delivery request, you need to pay any additional shipping fees.

6. All limited-edition items are limited to one order per person, address, and payment method; multiple orders will be canceled and refunded. If you're ordering for a friend, please contact us through info@rinakent.com before you place the order.

7. International buyers (outside the United States): any taxes or duties imposed by the buyer's country or local government are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Cancelations and/or refunds will include a deduction of 5% for PayPal/payment processing fees as PayPal and payment processing parties retain these.

9. USPS First Class Mail, USPS Media Mail, and USPS First Class International shipping methods do not include insurance or coverage for damaged or lost shipments. If you would like coverage for your parcel, select "Insured Shipping - Tracking and Insurance" at checkout. All issues with damaged or lost parcels need to be handled with the shipping provider.

10. The "Bookplates Only" shipping method is available for Bookplate-only orders. Choosing this shipping method for any other order will result in a delay in processing your order while we invoice you separately for the correct shipping charges and any additional payment processing fees for the second payment.

11. The "Shipping upgrade for existing order" shipping method is available for a limited time, and only valid for orders purchasing the shipping upgrade for the Limited Edition orders. Choosing this shipping method for any other order will result in a delay in processing your order while we invoice you separately for the correct shipping charges.
