If you would like to cancel your order from Rina's Shop, complete the following form.

Please note:

• Submitting a cancelation request, does not guarantee the order will be canceled.

• Orders can only be canceled before the order is processed and a shipping label is created.

• Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

• Audiobook orders cannot be canceled as they are delivered electronically as soon as the order is placed.

• Refunds for canceled orders will be less the payment processing fees, as the payment processing company retains these fees.

• Once your cancelation request has been processed, you will receive a response from info@rinakent.com. Please add this email address to your address book to help ensure you receive the emails from our store.
